Hail all people in bard guild of kelethin, they have quests for ELF/BRD only... almost the same stats.
Wood Elf bards are annoying posers anyways :P

Also to note, Wood Elf bards hafta avoid CB, one o their best places to level, if they want the mask of deception to be worth jack later on.. doesn't help ya much if you've wiped out half of CB and thus become KOS either way
