Please notice the AC on the August Crystalwing Cuirass, it's 157 , all other cultural breast plates have 243 AC on the same piece for the same classes.The low AC makes this item useless , no one will take off a previous piece of armor and replace it with this downgrade.

After checking older armor i see that the Regal BP had 257 AC on it , making this even a further downgrade from older sets.The unanswered question is WHY ?
