So far It's still vendor junk heh. One day that may change...but then they will be rare drops and we'll all be kicking ourselves lol.
Nice sellable loot fer sure - they come often enough - ***** t'worry bout t'quest. When it shows up - go get some more.
No quest is shown at all for these even though it is mentioned above so how can one be sure that they are for a quest and not just merchant fodder?

this has been an unsolved quest since DS was created
I don't know what quest these are for, but I do know that vendors will pay around 3-4pp for them. I loot them just as I loot FS weapons, with the intention of selling them later. Good thing there are vendors right next to the hopper caves!

I picked this up off a rockhopper in dawnshroud peaks. was blue to a 48th lvl. What quest is this for? If anyone knows anything about this, please post it.
