These may be Old World but they seemed to have jumped up quite a bit in price from 50p. Have not seen one for under 300-350p lately on Rodcet. Are other servers this high? Guess thats the way it works. Everyone so into the new zones the old zones are Deserted, Hence price increases : ) Time to camp Old World style...
You can also get these from the paladins that are constantly running around in WK, assuming you can get close enough to them to get them to aggro (they run F-A-S-T!!). Your faction with the pally/cleric guilds in Qeynos will take big hits for killing these guys, but if you are evil race/class they probably hate you there already and if you're good, then you probably have faction to spare and killing one of them won't automatically make you KOS. Nice item to keep on you if you have low CHA, at least until you can get something to fill the slot that gives a better CHA bonus.

I loot one from zombie in Queynos Aqueducts. Its nodrop, cha +5 and no hp.
Thats where I got mine and i have the same stats as you do

This item seems to have vanished! Drosco has been transformed into "A Zombie", and is a rare spawn. I camped him for 3 hours, each time handing him the note (for a total of about 4 times) and he did not drop it once. Any ideas? Somehow I doubt anyone will read this message ever, since this item is from the old world, made more than 5 years ago... All that new equip has everyone starstruck. I bet this thing will be getting flames from enchanters in a couple years! Anyway, I believe it is no more, and anyone who has it should consider themselves lucky. If they sell for about 50p (for +5 cha) on Quellious, they should now be worth anywhere between 75 and 150.

There are two Order of Thunder Necklaces in the game. This one, and the one that you loot from drosco. They have different stats.
Got one today off Kobot Dellin. Ran by me at Qeynos Hills/West Karana zone and decided to agro me. Easy kill 120 or so hp.

i got one of these today with no AC boost... just 5 Charisma, and 10 hp.

I also got my from West Karana.. I zoned in from QH and he was standing there.. He took off running and I followed him for a while till I killed him... He was green to my 26 bard and only took a few shots to kill..

This thing is not NO DROP, though it may have been at one time. Got mine off some paladin in West Karana who was coming from the Qeynos Hills entrance.

i killed a guy in the karanas a while back about 1 mnth ago and he droipped this he was green to me and i was 15 he droppped a lore version with the hp and all that and i sold it for 100pp

Many moons ago (about September of '99) I took my ranger down in the aqueducts and killed Drasco. I got the necklace and it had the +10hps and wasn't no drop. I later gave this to my chanter, and when she got a Pet. Erudite Heart, I sold it. But I did learn that Verant nerfted the Order and took away the 10 HP's and made it no drop during one of the later patches. That's about all i know about the necklace. So, if you find one that isn't no drop and has the 10 hp's it's prolly pretty rare. Not sure what the price would be on it though.

Long long ago he was a nice common spawn that would wipe poor newbs (Like I was then) with his evil little self. A couple times I went down to vengefully take him out, and after I quit playin then came back again, went to visit for some fun and took note he no longer seemed to spawn for a time, and then again I quit, and again I'm back ( =P ) and the info I have is that he spawns now as 'a zombie' but from what I know has some speech, I believe talkin about his beloved, long time ago tho :p

if you want the necklace,its in the qeynos aquaducts in the room with the nestling rat(where drosco spawns)just kill all the rats and the jelly that comes in sooner or later he will spawn.

I have been in Catacombs for days with my lvl 10 Bard. not sure how I got so into leeoking for Drosco....but never have seen him. Just saw my first zombie and I killed him and he had a sealed rolled up letter on him. I have no idea what this is for. Does anyone know?? SO, I am sitting and waiting to see if he spawns while I study. Needing a ranger to track him to see if he wanders around..Dont know if this item is worth the wait. I was wanting Order of Thunder and not going to quest with it. I have killed dozens of Nesting Rats and they have a Golden Locket on them with AC2, CHA+3.. not bad for my bard and helps with merchants. Plus, they sell for about 2pp each not too bad for newbie cash. Drosco where are you???

Does Drosco look like the Beggar's that are in aqueducts or more like regular zombie up in Qeynos yard??? I have checked there many many times and have never seen :( Please help :)

I just got an order of thunder medallion off of Lashun Novashine. It was lore, not no drop and had the same stats listed above but also 10 hp's.

ho i forgot, this one is +10hp too...
they arn't only one order of thunder...the one with 2ac, 5cha, no drop is droped by a paladin in West Karana

from the info gathered this drops in qeynos sewers but what does it drop off of? or is this a quest item that involves qeynos? please send some input on this item.

This is dropped by Paladins running mail between Qeynos and Western Kanara. It is +5char and +10hp. It is also involved in a quest for Shadownights in Qeynos Aqueducts. The Shadowknights guild master wants them and prayer beads from the fallen Paladins.

Yes, this is real. The Order of Thunder drops off of a zombie in the Qeynos Aqueducts. I have heard that sometimes the zombie is named Drosco, but it was a regular plain old zombie I got it off of. The necklace is part of a quest also, but not sure of the details on the quest. The zombie spawn is very rare also, 18 hours I've heard.

The one that I have seen is From a Zombie named drosco. You start the quest, for the good guys, in the temple of Karrana in South Qeynos. He has you go and kill Drosco for the medalin and a letter. You get fact and exp. The time that he spons is long. I wted for 4 or 5 hours for him to spawn.
