Shadows of LuclinProc is added on the horde lv to my understanding, but this weapon is one of the few that has promise as a good normal weapon. Delay is acceptable, and the damage bonus is high enough to offset the delay.
After conversion expect the following:
Gremling Bane Dagger
1hp
6 25 +8 damage bonus + 4 bane gremling
10 25 +8 damage bonus <-- is acceptable as a gremling dagger in my book.

this is odd item... there is wakizashi of the frozen skies... 6 22 1hs 81dd.. also the result of a quest.. i cant see a point in using this unles u have no skill in 1hs or u are a caster... in which case most dont use any weapons unless the wep has int and mana ... is it droppable?

Talk to Weapons Master Wygan in Shar`Vahl and he'll tell you which of his assistants to give this to.
The upgraded item has the same stats, but add:
Grimling Bane: 6
Effect: spirit strike (81dd)
