Shadow Wolf Pelt  

 

Drops off a Shadow Wolf in South Karana.

The best place to find these drop are in the Nektulos Forest just north of the Halfling circle. There is a petrified tree stump where a number of shadow wolves and spiders cross paths and I wait with my Necro for the kills. In one hour I was able to farm 10 shadow wolf pelts and enough spider silk to complete 10 shadow silk combinations. I have repeated this numerous times with the same results. Currently I am selling these on Karana for a great profit and at level 8 I now have over 35k in plat reserve. So doing this could easily eliminate your need to worry about buying spells. If you desire you will able to twink your char to uber status. ( I preferr not too and am still working on my newb armor quests.. run Leatherfoot scouts I"M COMING )
