Not sure if the effect is bugged, but in slot 2 (if you look at the details of the effect), it says:

"Increase Chance to Dodge by 50%"

So it would actually make the mob harder to hit? That is counter to the spell description:

"Predicating a target's movements lowers their accuracy and dodge ratings."

I think "predicating" is the wrong word, too - it should be "predicting".

It is perfectly logical that the effect makes the mob harder to hit. It is the cost of the increased dodging that the PC gets. If you move around alot, you will be harder to hit, BUT you will also have a harder time to hit your opponent!

It's most likely a bug. I looked at the SPA info on the spell and it doesn't indicate it has a negative value for base1 which is where the 50 value comes from in 50%. Usually this would be -50 to indicate it decreased chance to dodge by 50%.

The effect on the Fatespinner shows "Fate's Knowledge" ...That effect is for 1hnd blunt....the weapon is a 2 hnd blunt...whats the point? Or am i missing something hehe, Thanks!

That confused me as well, but based on the effect on https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=116877, I think the effect is increase chance to hit with all melee, not just 1hb.
