from a Rulnavian prophet ( Castle Rulnavis). yes I had my Ugor's Signet on me

edit: since these are tradable, I went to experiment. It took 17 mobs and I was concerned it was not possible - like a hidden flag - but I proved that there isn't one. I got a 2nd Things I seen to drop. I was soloing and got it off a rulnavian channeler ( already listed ). just letting people know you can get multiple drops using same toon. I transferred the 1st to another toon for the future since they are lore. Going to get a couple more before I move on.

edit again: got one off a rulnavian machinist(goblin mob not golem). So you can do ore clicking for someone while farming this drop. and you don't need to pull ( first aggro) with the toon that is at this point, I picked a toon that was not at this point to pull and things I seen still dropped ( though 1 person in group was at that point. I have yet to see a things I seen drop from any castle mob if no one had Ugor's signet on them. plus so far no golem mobs have dropped one).
