Just so u know, its possible for it to be a beastlord quest, becasue the zone has been updated. For instance, berserker items now drop off mobs here, so its a possibility that probably came with luclin

Ok, been a year since the last post. I find nothing on this via google.

How can it be for a beastlord quest when the item was introduced in the Kunark expansion??...

Ignoring the issue that it may or may not be for a Beastlord quest, the item wasn't dropping when Kunark first came out (or it was ultra rare and no one mentioned it).
Not sure when it did start dropping, but I think it was a little before Luclin came out. of course, this doesn't mean it is for a Beastlord quest; it could have been a missing drop for an old quest, a new unknown quest, a random drop to make it less obvious what was needed for beastlord epic, etc, etc.

The Mallet is for a Beastlord quest but like you I came here to see which one it was for as well.... Any help would be appreciated.

just curious if anyone happens to know what quest is involved with this. So far I have heard from different people different things; I've heard that they are a cleric, paly, and then a ranger quest. Can't find anything about this anywhere else. Starting to think its not real. =D
