Actually, it is decent for a shammy. . . .Considering that sta makes hp. . and hp makes mana. . .same goes for necro's. . other than that. . crappy. .

Change the mana to hps and make it a melee mask. Would have definitely been worthwhile at that point, much better than Crystal SPider Eyes you see a lot of tanks wearing.
and now I'm doubly disappointed...unless your Wis is maxxed out, the only thing this mask is good for is the +manna...and it aint all that in that department either...(
This looks to be an awful drop for the level required for this zone. It being lore makes one hope that it is for a quest to get a better Item. If not then at best this is for twink or putting on bats in FP for a newbie to get excited, maybe vendor trash if it sells well.

Recommended level 51... imagine how bad it would suck on a level 1. Double ouch.
