This item is used in the 2019 scavenger hunt. 3 were placed on mobs as drops. 1 in Lower Guk, 1 in Dreadlands and 1 in Sol A as part of the Annual Brew Day Scavenger Hunt. If found, the player received a special event surname "the Keg Master". 1st, 2nd and 3rd places got "the Ale Runner" for finding scavenged items.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you thought you heard was not what I meant.
