Just received it together with some illusion potions from a highelf woman with the name Neldia (guide) that was standing beside Devin Traical (Emissary of Shadowrest).
Neldia was asking for one of the following crafted jewelry:
- Silver Malachite Ring
- Electrum Opal Amulet
- Platinum Ruby Veil (I made and gave her this one)
The illusion potion rewards:
- 5 Dose Potion of the Siren
- 5 Dose Potion of the Nihil
- 5 Dose Essence of *pick a race from 15 player character races*

I got this as a reward from a guide event on the Antonius Bayle server on Saturday December 28th, 2013. A female high elf at the Nexus Stone in PoK was looking for adventurers able to make jewelry presents she could then offer to her family she was about to visit in Felwithe.
