I got these from a GM event in Crescent Reach where Buubuu the black bear was after some Honey Comb from another bear.

I too just got one as a gm event reward. Squeakers (the Procrastinator) was at the Rivervale stone in PoK asking for some food from Misty Thicket. Preferring a nut, but he said he would take any food type. I assumed that he was specifically looking for a Misty Acorn, but all I could find easily was 2 ground spawns of berries.

I received 2 - 5 dose Potion of the Telmira, and a Silver Fork Ornament.
