Can confirm it drops from Mynthi Davissi in the re-vamped version. Mynthi Davissi was a yellow con at lv 100 (lv 101/102). Same room as the regular version. It is the only room in the zone with the 4 werewolfs in the castle that change between werewolfs and gypsy's. Would recommend camp setup in the hall next to them that is hidden by a fake wall. Nothing will agro through the walls in the hall.

She dropped the drums the first time I killed her. She has an ae mez/stun that last 1 or 2 ticks. Nothing special. I like to split and single pull the room, but the AE Bard mez also works on everything here if you are more of the mez and burn type.

The stun works on mobs up to lv 97. Awesome addition to the /useitem command.

Exact location for the werewolfs are inside the castle at /loc -149, -13, -191
