Rain of Fear
Have seen dozens of this dropping when camping the efreeti and mephits at Solusek Ro. Cannot remember which type of mob did drop it but clearing the tents resultet in about one drop.
The two mob types in the camp are:
- a mischievous fire imp (mephit)
- a blazing efreeti

the Mosstrooper treants drop it pretty frequently and are an easy single pull.
Dropped today... 3rd pull, 1 vile and 2 fouls, 2nd dropped the Blood
The person who says it can’t be done should not interrupt the person doing it.

Got mine from a Vile Reega outside the cave at N460 N800
I cleared about half the tunnels 4 or so times, no drops from the reega. Mosstroopers on the other hand I was able to get the two I needed from. A lot easier to pull too.
I plowed a path through the mephit tunnels and picked up three drops inside of 15 minutes.

Yup got a drop in mephit tunnel,they seem to be the only mobs that drop it.
