I repeatedly trained up substantial numbers of mobs, all model types, throughout the zone. Killed a ton. Ended up getting all three drops I needed from girplans along the path to Anguish.

Drops in Wall of Slaughter. Random MOB will morph into a tree, finish it off and loot this. Part of the Udumbara, the flower of Legend quest.
