Once my adjusted Brewing level (including trophy bonus) was 302, I was able to make these... was planning to fiish out my trophy with them, but the trophy seems to be stuck at "5/7" 47%... so that may be as far as this recipe can take it... we shall see...
You need minimum 300 (modified) skill to do Goblin Eye Special recipe combine.
This recipe does not evolve your trophy, not sure why, maybe something to do with quest or no trade item.

So I was going to do this as a way to work my bring from 255 to 300...Apparently, there is a restriction on making this stuff though.
I'm not certain which it is, but I'm guessing either you have to be at that point (with the quest) to make it, OR your brewing already has to be at 300.
Just thought I'd inform people before they go wasting time farming goblin parts like I did.

You do not need the quest to do this combine.
You do need minimum 300 (modified) skill. So if you have an Expert Brewer Trophy with 8% mod, for example, you need at least 278 skill because 278 x 1.08 = 300. Once you have enough modified skill to do the combine, you can get skill-ups until your unmodified skill reaches 300. You'll also need a bunch of Goblin Parts lying around, which I had.
However, this recipe does not evolve your trophy. So once you hit 300, you'll have to find some other brewing recipe to evolve it.
