Scars of VeliousI've always been a big fan of collecting novelty items, just for fun. I came back to the game a couple months or so ago after almost a decade, and having made a Vah Shir Bard my main, any form of feline-related novelty has been at the top of my downtime priority list. I just happened to accidentally stumble upon this page while searching for things to hunt for, and now I absolutely MUST have it.
Does ANYONE have a clue as to where I might find this item?
Any information at all would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Haha, as a matter of fact I've been in the process of collecting Corn Roses on and off the past couple of days to start making a bunch of that stuff, yeah. I figure it'll be a good way to skill up my Beastlord's baking as well (he's my artisan character)
And just yesterday I stocked up on the Kejek catnip, so right now I'm poking around for my next feline-related novelty endeavor while servers are down for the update.

Well, I've been going at this for a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week and 2 to 3 hours at a time for the last month and a half or so, and thus far I've not seen this drop. I suppose I'll keep on trying for it here and there, but it's beginning to get a tad bit annoying.
I would definitely NOT consider this item a "Common" drop.
I'm also curious as to why it is marked as a quest item; so far I can't seem to find any quest anywhere that involves this book. And yes, I have taken some time to look around, both in-game and on various EQ-related sites.
I shall not give up, however! I am determined to add this to my collection of novelties.

It only drops from a gorilla scholar in Plane of Mischief: Piestro's Day Off which is the instanced zone involving the anniversary group monster mission "Piestro's Day Off". I hope this help.
