WARNING: Don't even bother trying this combine (or Hero's Toxin I) without Draught of the Craftsman, unless you already have 2 stacks of the rare Delphiniums and Privits!! It took my rogue with 300 skill + maxed trophy (i.e. 345 skill) about 40 attempts on each of the Hero's Toxins. Without the marketplace potion it would have been insane.
