The effect is the same as the Fishbone Earring.

BTW I soloed this mob ) you just have to root it in it's cave then invis up and move to the fallen gate room once the root breaks it will come to you, take it down to 50% health and dot it heavy and be prepered to use Fury of the Sky to stun it when you see the seahorse trying to CH, becuse CH takes so long to cast Fury of the Sky will refresh just in time to cast again.

I havn't seen the item yet, but I would guess that the type listed is incorrect, and that the type ie perm. Like a fishbone earring.

How does the Enduring Breath effect work? If this was a weapon, then according to the info up above it would be a proc, but its a shield, so... <shrugs>

If anyone knows, please put a post up. I'm heading to Kedge in the few days with some friends (Higher Lvl than me, thank god), and if we snare on of these, I'll put a post up.
