I have done this quest but honestly its not worth the time sink to do when you can go to Evantil and camp Ruaabri for this:

Same buff slots but 250 more hps & mana. Imo such an involved quest the result should have been more powerful then a camped item.

As you can see in the new screenshot I added, this item can now be placed in houses, yards, guild houses, and guild yards. It also now has stats. (500 hp/mana at level 100).
