Rain of Fear
My guess is that there are various places that can spawn any diary page, but only rarely is it page 3. So just keep picking them up and checking for respawns, and eventually you'll have tons of pages 1 and 2 and finally you will find a 3.
Now, could someone please mention where to find pages 1 and 2? :-)
