Rangers get dual wield at lvl 17 so we might want a shield who know unless you are useing 2 hand weps ok so stop bickering everyone is not a warrior...

Go through that rediculous quest for a crappy Targ sheild?!?!?!? Just kill Orc Trainers till you get Shiny Brass Sheild, much better.
It's also done for faction. Or maybe, I don't know, the role-playing aspect of the game.

Last night I camped the trainer for several hours with my SK. Killed the trainer over and over and never got the shiny shield. I'm looking at this quest now and thinking it is MUCH easier to get... so I'll take it.

hey the sbs is a good shield had it for 10 lvls and haven't found better

how much does this sell 4?
first of all Orc trainer drops sbs, next warriors get dual wield at 13 and double attack at 15, also sbs is a good shield if you can't dual wield and cannot afford a better one. true this shield does blow but you get xp for doing the quest...so what do the quest for xp and sell the shield to a merchant. I dont know about the bandit sisters part but I know the earring works.

I am a warrior and will be able to dual wield in 4 more lvl's. And I am a lvl 13 so I do not know why your dual wield comes so late but mine comes at lvl 13.

get your facts strait 1.there not shiney brass earrings there brass earrings +2ac (not that big a deal)2.it takes a warrior lvl 15 to duel wield
and 3.the orc slaver never dropped the shiny brass shield(10ac+10svmagic+light source)its the orc trainer on top of the hill// =)hehe those are facts please get yous strait before you try telling ppl whats where and what it does

aye the annoonymous posting was right Dual wield lets you use 2 weapons, Double attack alows you to make 2 attacks insted of 1 with each success, although it is a random attack

Get YOUR facts strait. Warriors get Dual wield at 13, and Double attack at 15. They are diferent skills, Dual wield lets you use 2 weapons, Double attack alows you to make 2 attacks insted of 1 with each succes.

Posted: Apr 23 2001 at 1:59 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) The taskmaster earrings that are 2 ac are better than the crappy shield that you get from the quest, when i was lvl 14, i had silver earrings, (all, all) and no ac! The shiny brass earrings are at least 2 ac, another thing, by the time you are lvl 14, if you are a warrior, you are at your potential to wield two weapons, which is better than this crappy shield, (btw, orc slaver drops 10ac, 10sv magic shield) =)
