Lore: This cube is filled with complex pulley systems, metal gears, and small fires boiling liquid. Everything whirls along perfectly no matter which way you turn it, and although you're not sure what it accomplishes, you can't help but marvel at the technology inside. there are "areas" that each achievement type has and there are 100s of random locations each item can pop as a ground spawn with in this area, respawn rate seems to be the same as the zone its self 14 - 21 mins and there seems to only be "X" amount of ground spawns up at one time for the whole zone. picking up ground spawns in other areas will up your chances of getting a specific collectable item.

Cant seem to ever find this one there at that location. Anyone know the respawn rate?

I located 1 at the base of the Evil Tree
I REZ Dead People and sometimes several times!
Location at -126.17, 558.35, -17.50 near arch root.
