Very rare zone wide drop. I got mine off a rotting paladin of Marr also. Sold for 100k seconds after i put on trader. Was shocked really, but hey... cant complain.

Got mine from a defiled paladin in the center room of the jail area while camping A Mournful Spirit, so it seems likely it's a zonewide drop, albeit very rare.

Can confirm other mobs in CH drop this besides Sir Raint. The rarity is ridiculously high however causing the lack of information on drop tables. Can personally vouch for it dropping off a trash skeleton on the 2nd floor near jail area however this was the only one I saw in the course of completing named hunter ach+hero of CH.

We had this drop off of a rotting paladin of Marr today.
Found one of these on the corpse of Sir Raint, in Chapterhouse. Item was in addition to his normal loot, not in place of it.
