There are only 3 spawn places for the weapons of war achievement. It is the central orc camp, the coldain camp north east of the orc camp and then the giant fort north west of that. There are only 2 or 3? collectibles that spawn between the 3 places. you have to find to spawn others. They are inside or all around. I found one on the outside of the wall divet. Some are hard to find. But they respawn almost immediately from the time you find one, but like I said, there are 3 places it could respawn at.
