Found in a broken crate by Hurble's airship.

Looted at -3450, -4480. There are many, many different spawn points for the various collectible items. I've spent a couple hours traveling EW, marking on my map each spawn location. I've had several items spawn at the same spot at the same time, so I think it's a matter of going around, picking up the pieces as they spawn, and hope that the next cycle this item spawns somewhere. I have a stack of the other items, so this might be the rarest of the spawns.

I found one in the fire pit at the Orc/Coldain camp next to the Iceclad Bridge.
