This item is available in the /claim window for people who pre-ordered the Rain of Fear expansion.

It only holds items tagged as "COLLECTIBLE" for "Collection" achievements.

In the Rain of Fear expansion, scattered throughout zones in random locations are "wisp"-appearing yellow or red entities that can be opened or clicked on to get a collectible item unique to that zone. This is a container that holds those items.

As described above, this item will only hold items tagged as "collectable" be it the ground spawns or the dropped items. This is pretty useful as just about all of these items (if not all of them) are tradeable, making it a useful way to keep excess collector's items and holding onto them for guildies or friends in a more manageable way. This can only be claimed once unlike many RoF claims.
