You need several items for this:
the associated shaded armor piece which is no drop. So far I have two of these shaded cloak and shaded boots, both of which dropped in ME off the xi vious. The stats on them suck, and they are no drop. The xi vious can be pulled right near the entrance, or you can go to the undead camp (head south from DS zone in)
these pieces take the place of your standard tailoring pattern. You then also need a number of mindworm hides (you can also get these in ME, although most people seem to hunt them in ahkeva).
finally you need shade silk thread which is made from two shadeling silks. You can find those guys in the vahr shall newbie area, cant remember the name of the zone right now.
the wristband requires
1 no drop shaded armor piece for wrist
1 mind worm hide
1 shaded thread
I dont know what the trivials are on these, but tailors I have talked to guestimate it to be in the 200-220 range based on their conversations with other tailors, and own success rates.

This is a pretty good wrist item. 12AC is hard to find on any bracer that can be obtained before your character is planable or capable of doing the Velious quest bracers. This would be a really nice "in-between" item from old world quested armor (for instance, a Warrior's Crafted) to Planar (again an example, a Paladin's Rightious)
For INT-casters this item would rock if you already had a very high INT and were trying to get AC/HP up, this has very good AC for an INT-caster. (not to mention 3 STR for the weaker races, and 3 to all saves is always useful).
Overall, a very nice item. Anyone willing to share the recipie?

note the recomended level lol..interesting to have player made with recomended level on it

Definately worth tailoring. I suppose this must come from Vampire type mob dropped components ... i think the term Shaded might be linked with the shaded boots and medallion from the vamps in ME ... tho i maybe way off .... gonna go check EQtraders to see how close i am on this one =)

Uhhh, you're thinking of the Shrouded boots and Shrouded Medallion from ME. And, btw, the medallion drops off the Centiens.

Are these tailored by specific classes or races? I'd love more information and tailoring recipes for this item.
