usefull armor

I find this armor to be the most useful on Rallos Zek (PvP) servers. All of it is no drop, so it can't be looted by all the swarms of PlayerKiller's that hunt in the noobie zones hoping to score some items off the twinks or to just be generally mean.
pretty nice

Im looking at this gear. its pretty nice for a lvl 5-ish questing. Is this one of the newer quests with all that new loot that drops... that apears somewhat garbage like? because a full suit of armor with bonuses is pretty nice at lvl 5. Especially STRG when DE lack in strength.

So *DO* you need magical boots to kick a magical mob? I was actually wondering about that... or a Magic shield to bash?

Actually large race warriors use bash all their lives, bash is the skill that racial slam works off of. However I see your point, because this is for a small race warrior. You'd think they'd let you kick something magical with it, so you wouldnt have to scrap the boots you quested for in order to get magic ones once you get dual wield. Unless you are just playing a dark elf warrior for roleplay/doing the fun quests, which I started to do myself when I saw this, just be one of the big guys, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks in my opinion. ( And I have tried both)

doh hit wrong button, anyways why aren't these magical when the caster boots, hmmm and lets see the orc slayer sword and shield are magical, but how many warrior use bash after lvl 13 anyways? so might as well get some magical boots and keep that kick skill up
Well I like bash for warrior, specially large race

The reason why these are not magic though, is because they are meant to be extremely lowbie.
Making them magic would have people out of their intended level range getting them for the exact reason you mention.

I always thought that on a new server a magic shoulder allowing you to bash magic was easier to get.

"but how many warrior use bash after lvl 13 anyways?"

Hmmmm, maybe anyone that wants to try and disrupt a casters spell?
