All i can say is WOW i can deadly for 36 at lvl 51 with summoned throwing daggers-dmg 6- and those have a delay of 36 with these and max haste have a few 10slots with these and they COULD be better then rogue meleing prolly real bad for the argo tho.

Using looted shissar fangs one night I was pumping out deadly strikes in the 80-100 damage range. Although fewer and far between, I was parsing at about 45-55 DPS on mobs with these. It's not impressive, and pretty bad versus melee damage, but my group was impressed. Don't count on throwing as a rogue, it's more of something to do when bored than a viable alternative to direct melee.

What drops these? Is it a rare drop off all mobs? common and named or is it off elites? what

From a camp at Ssra mines yesterday where we killed 5+ Granic Obulus and 5+ Hilog <something> we got two pieces of this nice pouch... Both dropped from Hilog..
So I doubt it drops from Granic Obulus.

Granic Obulus droped these about 1 hour ago, it summons a stack of 20 nodrop fangs.

What is the number of Fangs Summoned per trigger?
IE - 1, 4, 20?
1 per cast seems harsh, I agree, but like northerner mentioned, during buff time before a raid would be a great time to do this, considering we usually have about 15 - 30 min.

Finally here is something that summons some very decent throwing weapons. The casting time of 30 is a bit harsh in my opinion but is a fair trade-off for the results being tradeable. The primary benefit for the Rogue that likes to pull with Throwing is the actually decent range on them. Monks will enjoy them greatly of course.
Summon some up while hanging out forming groups or what have you and you should be set for a while. Making them tradeable and not no-rent may be short-lived though. These are nice enough to be a saleable range item, given that they are all/all.

No its not a bag you can put it in containers

exactly what do the fangs do? throwing dagger or something?
Throwing items like Shirukens. This would be an awesome item for monk BTW. What drops this in temple?

monk nothing. these are VERY nice dmg, give a few stacks to the rogues, and let them go to town with crits and deadly's... not to mention the chance of an assasinate depending on the lvl of the rogue/mob...
Still, i suppose you suicidal monky's can play with them too ;)

Delios, suppose a rogue has been hunting in Ssra for a long time. He would probably have Bloodbath and Khalashazar <sp?>. These would do CRAP compared to those weapons, and when does a rogue pull? never is the simple answer. Can rogues FD every 10 seconds? No, monks can which makes them the obvious puller. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to put two and two together.
