Please note that as this is a server wide issue, our Development Team is working on it in order to resolve it. I am sorry to say but there is no eta when it will be resolved. Customer 11/29/2006 05:08 PM So i read the item you linked and its a lot of people having the same issue i am ... but nothing about resolution or fixing it. i mean come on i just wanna do my damn quest ... how is this so difficult ... i mean honestly its YOUR companies FAULT so why inconvenience the customer. why not just hand me the ground spawn. i know you don't advance players but holding them back from advancing themselves is stupid. do you realize how much of my time and yours you have wasted on this. please just put the item in my inventory so i can move on, or better yet FIX YOUR MISTAKE. and please if you want me to read something else please make sure it has a pertainant answer to my question .... not 10 other people telling me the having the same stupid issue i am Response (GM Nusdar) 11/29/2006 04:49 PM Hello again ! Customer 11/29/2006 03:46 PM once again this does not help me ... how hard is it to re-add a ground spawn. if this cant be done ... why not but a temporary bypass in place than making EVERY enchanter wait on this item that is needed as one of the initial items in beginning our epic? also please verify how long you all have know about this issue (the date it was first reported) and when it will be corrected (an accurate ETA please). again this is unacceptable, if you can not place the item in pack the simplest resolution(and best in terms of customer services i mean after all i am not asking you to hand me my epic i'm asking you all to give me a ground spawn that you yourselves confirm as broken) then why not make the NPC carry along as though the item had been turned in by everyone until the ground spawn works correctly? While we will return items that you have lost, and reset you back before a step if something goes wrong, we do not advance players in quests. The issue has been verified by testing and has been sent on to Development to fix. I am very sorry that this has caused you a delay in your quest, but it is being worked on. Senior GM Zyryth Sony Online Entertainment Customer 11/29/2006 03:10 PM yes i still need addition assistance ... if the item 'Large Muddy Sandals' is confirmed as not dropping anymore please place one in my inventory so that i my proceed with the quest. the updates section provides no direct answer as to a time and resolution for this event. placing the item in my inventory is an acceptable solution, so as not to punish me by holding me back for a quest that is active but no longer working.
