With the discovery of new
parchments has come the
creation of a newer, better
class of spells and tomes.
These new parchments,
"Numen Plaques", have
proven ideal for the
creation of both arcane
spells and martial tomes.
| As with the previous ranks
of research these new
parchments will need to be
cleaned with a specific
class of solution. As
before you will need to
find some parchments that
have been previously used
in some fashion, and then
clean them in celestial
cleanser and a solution
specific to each one.

| These new solutions can be
created as follows:
Rough Numen Plaque
Solution:
Dissolve three rubies, two
fire opals, a topaz, and a
peridot in a solution of
aqua regia, muriatic acid
and pure water.
| Numen Plaque Solution:
Dissolve three rubies, two
star rubies, a topaz, and a
peridot in a solution of
aqua regia, muriatic acid
and pure water.

| Fine Numen Plaque Solution:
Dissolve three rubies, two
fire emeralds, a topaz, and
a peridot in a solution of
aqua regia, muriatic acid
and pure water.
| Runic Numen Plaque
Solution:
Dissolve three rubies, two
sapphires, a topaz, and a
peridot in a solution of
aqua regia, muriatic acid
and pure water.

| Fine Runic Numen Plaque
Solution:
Dissolve four rubies, two
topaz, and a peridot in a
solution of aqua regia,
muriatic acid and pure
water.
| The same solutions and
uncleaned Numen Plaque
parchments can be crafted
into tomes with the use of
Tome Cover Supplies.
Apart from these new
developments, little has
changed in the systematic
manner of research.
