Confirmed Head of a Prince dropping off the Dark Elf Enchanter Female (Coercer Q`ioul) in Kithicor on Mischief (Random Loot). The entire Chardok Royals loot table seems to drop off the various Kithicor Dark Elves at night.

The head has to be put inside of a bag and combined with other drops. Not MQ'able.
