There is a very good possibility that this item has a chance to drop from almost every mob. After asking several groups throughout the new zones found that they do indeed drop from many more than what is posted. GL and GH to u.

confirmed forageable in Shard's Landing. Can be foraged with only racial innate foraging ability. I would classify as Uncommon, have only foraged it once in over 100 attempts

its a random drop off various mobs in Shards Landing.
I have gotten it from beetles, snakes, Naeya, Wyvern and Seylahs
