Found two of these today in PoN (Plane of Nightmare) both looted from blood ravens. I've been camped off and on here for about 2 weeks and it's the first time I've seen them (So still ultra rare).

We had 3 or 4 of these drop in WoS today on the Fippy server. All of them off trash along the south wall. I know one was from a Bazu Thrasher but the other 2 I didn't loot so I'm not sure which mobs they came off of.

Found four dropped of a kyv in Dranik's scar. I was swarm pulling only saw 4 in mylvling my wiz to 51 so uber rare.
