Contains a Guild Hall Anchor and spell usable ONLY by Druids and Wizards. Costs 432 Loyalty Tokens (Crowns) from Pagus Nonad, the Loyalty vendor in Sunrise Hills.

This item incorrectly lists All/All. Classes other than Druids or Wizards cannot open the package. You can pass it to another Druid/Wizard character on the same account and server to use.
