This item is gained by redeeming the Legends of Norrath loot card of the same name. This card is randomly inserted into packs from the card set Fall of the Estarim, introduced on April 17, 2012. It can be claimed by only one of your characters. Using the item will grant you access to obtain a shissar mercenary from Hadya Ware in the Plane of Knowledge.
