It's the rare drop of a rare mob... Our guild has been in this camp for 110+ hours straight (the xp is great, just seems to always have someone there) and we've gotten two.

All stats but wisdom and charisma benefit useful skills. But seriously, necromancers will want this. With a right click root, we could solo even better than before...oh, and those mages...
Not just mages will go nuts for this! 10int on an earring! Not to mention the hp/mana! This is great for any int caster. I know my enchanter is drooling...

This earring is simply incredible. Mages are going to have a fit over this. And its not no drop. Depending on the rarity of this item its going to at least start out well over the 100kpp mark price wise. It will probably stay there too if it is as rare as I think it probably is.
Yes, it's a great mage item. I don't play a mage, but my wife's main is an Arch Mage, and she has this item (she knows almost all the high-level mages on her server, and none of the others have it, so she may be the only one).
Several mages who have their epic (my wife doesn't - darn you, Quillmane!) say that if they could, they'd trade their epic for this...and she's already refused an offer of 100k for it.
No, I'm not kidding - 100k was the offer, and the offerer (another Arch Mage from an uberguild) probably did have the plat, as amazing as that is to me.
Several mages who have their epic (my wife doesn't - darn you, Quillmane!) say that if they could, they'd trade their epic for this...and she's already refused an offer of 100k for it.

Now, if only there were an item that gave them Snare...
Seriously tho, I realize that it is most likely a difficult item to attain, but would be nice. Beats camping the Jailer in Perm for that 4 charge root Net. Realize there are items out there that have Snare and Root charges that are Mage usable, but none come to mind that have unlimited charges)
Oh well, just my 2cp

Go to CC.. spiders drop 3-charge root nets, pretty common, and if you stay near the end, an easy camp at late 30's low 40's for a mage (or anyone any good at soloing.)

yeah it has unlimited charges but the casting time is 4...still unlimited is nice..

Considering the actual casting time of the spell is 2.5, an extra 1.5 for it costing no mana with instant recast is incredible. ;)
