During our doing of TR several times, we killed frenzied about 5-6 times. Every time, he dropped Fetid Shiverback Hide Mantle. Anyone know if loot has been somehow shifted?
[Edit]bah, typo in subject. Frenzied, not Grenzied :)
Haste increases your number of attacks. So a 21% Haste item would give you 21% more swings than normal. To see how effective it is, take WeaponDelay / (1 + (Haste/100)) and that would be the equivalent delay of your hasted self.

Put it in Magelo and it said 31% haste. So all you poons can stfu w/ ur haste arguments for now on. Just put your stupid item in a magelo account and it shall give you its exact haste. Pretty simple huh? ~

Was able to be mezzed tonight. Being the cleric, I'm not sure what was used though. However, while killing an enraged Silverback, the frenzy popped, and the 60 chanter was able to mez it while we finished the other mob.

I thought farming was hoarding something and then selling it or giving it to alts. I doubt anyone will be 'farming' this item, they'll probably be 'getting' this item.
Well farming also could mean having your alt camped next to the zone then pulling the mob over, killing it and logging on your alt to loot the item. Still do not see how this can be done effectively in CT though without lots of help. Even then they would want the items first I would suspect.
Get uber-group together (min 1 cleric, 1 tank). Go to CT with low-level char in tow (invis/whatever for safety). Once you're at the camp, the low-lev camps out (perhaps logging in a higher-level alt to help with the hunting).
Now hunt.
When the desired loot shows up, log in the low-lev and loot.
It's quite simple and gets good exp and loot for the higher level folks too.
Honestly, I'm not sure I see a problem with this. Yes, it means that twinks can have nodrop loot, but that doesn't hurt my experience as a non-twink (I made it to 17 on my own and then to 41 with only droppabe, non-uber gifts from friends and I've had a lot of fun doing it, even with crowds of twinks around).
Aye, this is how is done... is this farming? Not in my definition. This is getting good loot for alt.... Close to 'farming' is a guild going in and getting all the lower members a no drop item in the same way... this was done completely on Brell when the skellys were in tims deep. is a type of farming but not complete.
Farming, defined by me as looting every spawn of something to make pp off of only while keeping those who can get exp from it from being able to hunt, (the high lvl mage that sits his pet in throne room of crushbone to loot cb belts while he takes the ones in the yard or the high lvl that kills orc camps in ec or wc while lvl 10-12s sit and wait on him to finish) that disgusts me, this is a difficult call... That may change when I become 55 and wish to have a chance to get the item and some guild is hogging all the spawns for weeks on end, though getting exp... they are not allowing any others to benefit... to me that says something about their guild.
I am not a 'play fair' advocate, per sey, but I am an advocate that if you get no exp off something... and someone else comes for camp... they get it (within reason), or you are in a place where someone would get exp by joining a group and have a chance at an item... and you have controll of the situation, it is fair to give them that chance. They help kill... they get reasonable concideration on loot.
Guilds interaction with others outside a guild are near equal importance to those outside the guild... or should be anyway... I personally have a list of guilds that do not consider others on Brell... and I will treat them accordingly when the time arises... granted that does them little damage.. it is something that needs not be the case.
They will get no heals or ports, buffs for low lvl twinks, or special treatment i would give someone not affiliated with their guild... and i tell them such. Is not against them personally ... just practices of members of their guild they usually benefit from.
Is this good, no and I do not like it. But is the way that I make up for actions that have effected me or those close to me.
Farming of a superhigh zone... heh let the lvl 55-60s complain about it... heh.

This is usually an unappealing option, but it may be better than trying to keep a "revenge" list of loot / farm hogs.
This is definetly on my wish list now, but so is COF, CoCw, Rukusha cloak (sp?).. saw one for sale 18k on my server, too bad I didnt have that much at the time, I had just bought some new boots.. Danmit!
