March 20th, The legion had a raid on Umbral Plains....

We gathered at the zoneline and was just killing Gantru's until everyoen got there.....

We then decided to kill RUmblecrush, which we do so easily......Then almost on an afterthought, the Raid Leader decided to kill Doomshade.....

Pulled the Dark Masters, train-like-style, and I was lucky enough to win the roll and loot these fine leggings....They're one hell of an upgrade from Rygor Chain Leggings.......

Very nice

Very nice greaves.
It gives a LOT of HP and nice resist.
Almost as good as skyshrine quest greaves ;)

especially the direct and indirect HP. At 54, my rogue would get around 105 HP from this piece alone. The AC is lower than the Velious quest armor but the resist and hp is higher.. very nice indeed.
lovely, thanks verant

wow thats so cool how verant does that...

Let me see if I remember this right, rogues and rangers fall under the CHAIN class and bards fall under the PLATE class what this means is that in most situations a bard SHOULD have access to higher AC gear than either a ranger or a rogue. OK so there are plate looking items that rangers and rogues can wear but when I signed on to this bard thing I saw plate class, like warrior, implying that I'd get to wear all the high ac stuff too but verant seems to have their vision (tm) warped enough to deny bards on many of the high AC luclin drops, or if they are included so are the "chain classes"...

Well thats my rant for the day, nice legs anyhow at least they have stats a bard needs like ac and sta and cha and HPs and saves.

You can wear these if you like or you can step up and wear the warrior bard class stuff.

Because the warrior classes can get much better in this zone. See the Raldukan Greaves here:

AC and look

These pants look like silver-plated and the AC is 21. They do not have the funky AC as shown above. I have a pair on my ranger and they are nice indeed.

The reason for the funky AC, is that the person that looted them (and took the pic) was not yet level 50...

Wow.

Frankly, these pants simply kick ***. For a Rogue, the combonation of decent AC, excellent HP and Stamina and nice resists (including the difficult SvD) make these really some of the best going. (The real question is, of course, what do they look like though?)

It is very nice to see some good drops off these challenging spawns.

well, for a ranger and i think a bard as well(although they might have better ac pants),these kick *** as well.
anyone from these 3 classes will be vey happy to get a pair.

AC?
# Mar 13 2002 at 7:02 PM Rating: Decent
The picture shows the AC as being 18(21), and the stats say 21, and since I've never seen anything like this before, I was wondering what the two different numbers in the picture mean. Thanks.

Yep means whoever posted the pic wasn't level 50, it's usually just 1ac per level which would lead me to believe that a level 47 posted this pic :)

It means you don't get full benfits til the recommeded lvl of 50.
