This is a horrible drop for what you could have by the lvl 25!! Not recomended.

Well, Fyre, you know, the items aren't all they're paying the extra money for. For the zone and probable level of the drop, this is pretty good.
The $40/month goes mainly to the payroll of the 15 *PAID, FULL-TIME* GMs on the server as opposed to only 1 on normal servers... Extra customer service.

These drop off a 25 level mob.
odd name for this item it doesnt even atleast give fire/cold resistance let alone have a summon water effect.

Guessing by the name and the zone where it drops it comes off a deepwater goblin hence the name. That's only a guess though.
This dropped off "a skeletal pirate" in NRO for me, during the Marauder's Mire events. I don't think it drops there anymore.
