Isnt Umbral Planes Uber? Maybe I am crazy ut I thought it kinda was.

While UP is a zone for characters around 55, it is not uber. My guild is far from uber, yet we do quite well here. Even with a level 51 tank and a bard slower (60 cleric though).
I love VI for this zone. Its a place where non uber people can come, and with some patients and skill, come away with very nice loot.
