the amount of rampant ksing and the hordes of 40+'s that come to nro to farm the skellies is sick, in fact the GMs despawn them and/or stop the spawning of them until the zone starts to clear out because of all the bickering that goes on. Kinda sad, but if you can get there at off peak times it's great. Also, these skells give damn good exp. at lvl 47, 3 kills gets you one blue bub and they are pretty wimpy relatively speaking. Plus they drop pp and always drop a FS Scimitar, you can make some nice cash and get nice exp even without the nodrop stuff. :)

Ring also drops from the skeletal pirates in North Ro. Pirates are cake to solo for a 47 Paladin.
