Wow.. people would actually wear this.. even into their teens? AND 30's?! You guys should try to get a little better armor. My Bard has better stuff than msot lvl 30's.. and he only ended up spending 800p.. I used my bargaining tactics.. mwahaha. I turned 800p into 10k easily. :/
You might wanna read the posts before you just pick out numbers and insult people. Yes, RAW SILK (this is NOT raw silk) in 30's is a bit low, but not everyone's rich, and not everyone twinks.

Hey for a lvl 1-2 mob this stuff is great, like free/cheap cloth armor. My non twink chanter was in some cloth till lvl 12 lol
Hehe me2, upgraded to RAW SILK woohoo around 12...and still had a piece or two into the 30s! Go ahead and laugh.
DOn't want all the young-uns to get their hopes up though, and go questing for nuisances where they're more likely to meet something that'll eat them. I've killed several nuisances and never seen dingy armor drop, so it's not especially common. I've no idea just how uncommon it is, maybe I just got unlucky.
good item for a lvl 1! but at lvl 2 you might want to get rid of it! lol ;)
Notice that it drops off a nuisance. It might be possible that somebody wants this nuisance to be killed, and this is the proof of the deed, for a quest or something. Just a thought :) I don't have a Vah'Shir and as such I've never fought in that zone.
