This item droped off caption blackhands 2 minutes after server came up live for the very first time.

The bracer i gave away to a druid who tracked the guy down when i asked if any named where in zone

I am not sure how to take this.. I know that the madmen do not drop this item and I also know that the crocs (much less an orc pawn)in the zone dont either. But The Captain does drop this item after he has reached his treasure chest. He is light blue at level 51 before he claims his treasure. (Afterwards a mega-hp blue con) I am not sure if this is a common drop or not but when I killed him I looted this as well as a Disenchanting Medallion. It is distrubing that people make fun of those playing the Stormhammer server though. We were just playing with these guys not weeks ago and now we are treated like dirt. Guess they fell to notice that all these quest and items will most likely be avail on there servers soon and that thanks to us (Paying the money because we want to and can) they will already know what the mob drops and how the quest is done.

Thats just my thought on it all.

Oh and by the by the bracer is +10ac +10cha and the saves mentioned on the top of the page are correct as well.

Wah wah? Just becuase you pay 40 dollars doesnt make you special ,just stupid. Its ridiculous that to have any new content in the game or any customer service you have to pay 40 dollars a month, when they obviously make well over enough money to do it anyhow. Eq amazes me yet again.

Why is everyone bashing legends on an Item Discussion? Plz take it elsewhere, I came here to check out the cool new loot on Stormhammer, and to have a decent discussion, but the posts are all about how legends either sucks, or how the newbies that bash on legends suck. Go away stupid Legends Bashers and let us mature folk talk about some items

Again, the newbies bash us Legends users because we get privileged and they don't. Wah wah wah.

I play on Legends. OOT, Cazic Thule(which is now live on all servers), and one other zone was re-vamped for Legends. There are new mobs(mainly undead pirate types), and hidden treasure chests that either spawn randomly, or are dropped on the ground by enemies when they die. They're immune to all spells, but one melee attack will "kill" them so you can loot their contents. I got a kinda crappy no-drop Woven Seaweed Tunic, AC 8 and a couple minor stats(I think, I'm probably wrong, but I know there was 8ac) off one one of them, the rest so far were money. And actually, on the middle island where the guy for the poison quest is now(although he could still be there, haven't checked), is part of the quest for the way into Marauder's Mire. So, just a little info that I've picked up so far.
