Im pretty sure that anyone with sme honor would let the rangers roll for this one. If it's a raid, the leader would prolly hand it to a ranger who deserved it.
It would be like if a 1hs weapon with for example 25dmg 26dly and 20% additional damage to harm touch and let the pally have it.
Im a ranger, and Ive raided a lot. I dunno the tuffness of this mob or if you can take it with one grp, but I do know that this would never go to a warrior is there was a ranger in the grp.
If it did, I'd disband em right away.
We are the archers. We can do crits for 1500+ with a single arrow. None else comes even come close to that w/o a 65dmg bow with 150dly =D

The range is 250. This item would be great for those SK's that raid pull. An extra 50 range over my primal bow gives a lot more room for error. Sign me up.

I hate to say it, but if this bow dropped, even I would have to pass on if so rangers could have it. As a Shadow Knight, all those stats look wonderful (except the wisdom of corse) but I know full well, that I suck with a bow (75 skill! Woo!).

Any ShadowKnight/Paladin/Warrior with honor would easily give this to a Ranger... before posting here about who should get what, play the classes involved... you'll find your arguments change pretty quickly.
Rangers are the archers, good bows are hard to come by, and all guilds with the power to get this know who it should go to.
Stats mean crap in the high end game, you got a shammy maxing them to 255 anyway, the resists and hps are nice, but this is obviously a Ranger item!
