you will need to do the humming lucinite mallet quest in sharval to make the armor.

Me a troll.. do kitty people dislike trolls?
I dont understand the one post about the armor. I think you need to do a quest first.... but as far as I understand the kitty people do not KOS anyone. period. I am not gonna go on a limb and say everyone has the exact same con, but It seems they are indif to most.... so... Id think anyone can do it, not just Vah Shir and Barbarians....
Is just a real pain in the *** to make if you ask me.

This is made by smiths. Trivial between 244 and 250. Requires completing a series of quests in Var Shal. Check eqtraders.com for details
