Is this ring still thought to be Very Rare? Admittedly I do not see them in the Bazaar often (if ever) but that could be because people keep them.

Yowza dude, either you have an old monitor or you need to have those cataracts removed. That font is HUGE!
He's probably running in 640x480. Can't change the font of items to my knowledge.
Some of these items out of umbral are great, while others like this, just plain stink, the rings that drop in ToFS are better than this one...makes you wonder what they were thinking when throwing loot like this on 50+ mobs with 20k hps

Actually I own a rune etched wedding band and I would wear this ring as it has +10 Sv Fire and the rewb only has +8 Sv poison and disease, taking into account that there is 2 more AC on this ring to make up for any that might come from the 6 agi on the rewb this ring is a nice one to have if you have to tank and want to have your resists and AC up for fighting dragons

Hmm, both are really good points. But in my opinion the added SVF wouldnt save me from useing this, I would use the run etched just because of the SVD / SVP, only because I find not as many items add these saves, take my resis for example. 69svp 152svm 74svd 160svf 97svc. This is with my normal gear. So as to which ring is better for resis I would have to say that the Rune etched is better. Just my opinin.
That's a good point. From what I've seen, it's easier to find vsFire items than it is to find vsPoison or vsDisease.
But, that's just a guesstimate from my viewing of items. So I could very well be completely wrong.

Those two are more rare to find, but they're also typically more rare in use by dragons and the like. Fire, Magic, those are the two biggies you'll run into against the big lizards.

Trakanon and Wuoshi I beleive are nasty poison and disease dragons.I have just read about Trak but have experienced Wuoshi first hand.It was a wonderfull 5 second experience :).some sort of poison gas I think hehe.
Dont forget Zlandicar in DN his disease is nasty as hell, and the tree thingee in PoG as well...
