This dropped off a Cral Ligi's Friend in the Twilight Sea. This along with about 7 other items dropped off of this one kill. Most of the stuff was common: Fluorescent Gem, Cultured Spirits, Talisman of Burning Earth, Water Marked Scroll, Mark of Aeration, Truncated Ring, Mark of Understanding, Grail of Enchantment, Petrified Totem, and Mark of Fortune...all this dropped. Been fighting here for about a week and this is the first time I've seen this toon.
